We are dedicated to providing top-quality health and food wellness transportation services for the youth and elderly community in Northern California. Our goal is to help our youth and older adults maintain their independence and live an active, fulfilling life.

Health Transportation

Our health transportation service ensures that our youth and older adults can get to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other health-related destinations with ease and comfort.

Food Wellness Transportation

We provide food wellness transportation and meals to ensure that our youth and seniors have access to nutritious meals, grocery shopping, and meal delivery service. Youth will receive Friday backpack school deliveries for students to fill the gap for youth whose last meal is on a Friday and does not resume until Monday, due to weekend food insecurity at home. GOAL will ensure both youth and elderly have ongoing nutrition, to fill the gaps and by promoting overall well-being and proper nutrition.

Companionship

Our companionship service offers friendly and supportive transportation accompaniment whoch further reduces feelings of transport isolation and promotes mental and emotional well-being.
